Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours (Mon – Fri) and promptly dispatched using standard  recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery (subject to the order value and our discretion) via any of the various courier services we use. With the exception of special orders (involving out of stock / awaiting delivery items) we will normally send your order to you within 3 working days.
If we are unable to meet this time schedule we will endeavour to notify you as soon as we reasonably can.

Exchange / Returns

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange your purchase provided you return the unwanted item (unused and in original packaging) within 5 working days after it was delivered to you.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of most products and services within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This is applicable to all of our products.

To cancel a contract with us, please send the relevant item back to us unused, in its original packaging and securely packed so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

In your own interest, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
